It was fantastic. They installed a new HVAC for us and were on time and got everything done as expected. They had the best price for the grade of furnace and AC they installed. My husband met Mr. Collins face-to-face for the quote and liked him. I got to talk with him over-the-phone and he answered all my questions. Now that it is a year after the initial installation, everything is still working fantastic. Our electric and gas bills went down by 25-40% when I compare this past years bills to a year prior to that. My husband is a huge fan of this company, and now that we are moving to another place, he wants them to do the work for our new place.

We hired Collins after another company failed to complete the job and then told us it was impossible Collins came and looked at the system, bid for the job, and then completed it without any problem. The people we worked with were really nice and a pleasure to have in our home. It was an expensive job, but we wanted it done and were willing to pay for competent professional service. Very happy with Collins and we will use them again.
